Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the service details, inclusions/exclusions of service and its FAQ’s listed on web site or the KhidmaNow app before booking online, via app or telephone, it provides all the details about the services.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations of service before a vendor is assigned is free.
  • Requests for cancellation received after a vendor is assigned to carry out the service will have to pay a visiting charge of AED 50 plus VAT.
  • Customer not approving the work estimates/costs provided by vendor during inspection and wishes to cancel the service will have to pay a visiting charge of AED 50 plus VAT.

Refund Policy

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our services we will provide a refund on the service charges only paid to KhidmaNow, refunds will not be made for the materials purchased by customer through vendor.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
